This is a photo of a Lappet-Faced Vulture taken at Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in South Africa, taken in July 2017. Often thought of as ugly, the soft texture of his feathers and the humanity in his eyes brings about an aura to this bird not often captured.
